People think that yoga is just to sit in a Budha's posture(Lotus Asana) and keeping your eyes shut and that's it. No that is totally wrong Yoga is a lot more than that. It is to channelise your energies in your body in a harmonious way. So there are different physical( also breathing) and mental exercises which give you a total control on your mind and body, that is the reason i say " Yoga brings you life"

General concept of Yoga is that only thin, slim and flexible people can do Yoga and it is a supernatural sort of thing, which is totally a wrong concept. See it yourself!!! It is totally FREE
Yoga
has been performed since this world came into existence in different ways.
When Human being realised its existence he started performing this intentionally
or unintentionally. Some six to seven thousand years ago human being properly
started organising its postures and bandana. Among different famous
yogi Patanjali was the one who actually organised Yoga in all aspects.
He told the people about the different rules and regulations in his Sutras.
That's why he is called Father Of Yoga.

I have stressed on word "happy", because i think that this is the only format of exercises which keeps you healthy and calm, as you know calmness is just an ancient word now a days!! So in other words healthy mind and body. I will explain the different pictorial sessions as much as I could to make you understand the real essence of that posture.
