Before We start Hataha Yoga lets first start with the basic points which you should understand. Please obey them properly so that you will become a proper Yoga practitioner. But keep in mind it will not be overnight. Keep yourself steady patient and bearable. Give Yoga proper time, not in a rush but when you Do Yoga be inside Yoga and concentrate in Your Postures and Bandana and Pranayama(breathing exercises).
To Do Yoga in the morning is recommended as you are fresh and the spirits are high. But it is much easier to practice Yoga in the evening when you come from work empty stomach. Because it will take away your tiredness with few postures.

Instructions before you Start
I will introduce you to few Simple Asana, but remember they will not be simple if you are doing them for the very first time and you have never practiced Yoga in your life, but you will become more comfortable with the time. Remember you will start feeling the benefits of Yoga very first day no matter what is your final position in a certain Asana. I will give the asana with simplest ones and in ascending order, so that it is easier for you to follow.
